Today I decided to make a fancy version of my garbage scramble, and it turned out to be pretty darn good. I mixed a hand full of chopped “tamed”  jalapeño peppers, a Chinese sausage, a hand full of day old rice, a dollop of Greek yogurt then topped it off with a hand full of spices. When the dust settled, it tasted pretty good. The recipe may just get written down, and repeated some day. The spices included garam masala, madras curry powder, garlic powder, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Sounds like a mess, but when the spices begin to heat up the smell is amazing.
