I decided to try to make a Dutch Baby for breakfast today. It actually turned out pretty good for my first try. If you have never heard of a Dutch Baby, it’s kind of like a soufflé and a pancake at the same time. They are pretty yummy…

Believe it or not, they taste even better with confectioner’s sugar, lemon juice, and maple syrup.

For a minute, it looked like a volcano; then it deflated enough to eat properly.
