So how do you dress up a plane old burger? You top it off with a smooshed up preserved duck egg that’s how. Sometimes when I’m bored I mix things. Some times they’re good mixes, and some times they’re not so good. This one actually worked. The duck egg gave the burger a nice earthy mushroom flavor. I still have two more duck eggs, so I will be doing this again.
