Today’s happy thing is Surstromming. Huh?

I’ve been trying to get my hands on some of this for over two years. Well today it finally got here all the way from Sweden! Surstromming is basically fermented herring. It was a way of preserving herring, but now is more of a novelty. The older Swedes seem to like it more than the younger generations. I’m on a mission to see if it’s really as bad as the hundreds of YouTubers seem to think it is. So far they’ve been wrong on just about everything I’ve tried on my channel. They are either over reacting, or I really do have a cast iron stomach. I have everything I need. I’ll post the video good or bad tomorrow night on my YouTube channel.
