This was sent to me by my friend Susan. I wasn’t sure what to put it on, but then I remembered everything goes with pig, so I ended up slopping it on a slice of ham for the review. I have to say it was pretty darn good! It’s like a nice sweet German mustard with a little kick from jalapeno bits. It’s not super hot just enough to let you know the peppers are there. So far I’ve only tried it on ham, but I’m sure it will taste great on just about any meat.
